Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return it. Please ensure that all items are in good condition and have all original labels attached.
H&M offers free return. Kindly allow up to 14 days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once received and processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation after 14 days, kindly contact Customer Service with your order number and tracking number for further assistance.

Here’s how to register return for an online purchase:
1.Start Your Return
Click “Register Return” and enter your email and order #.
2. Select Items & Reason
Choose the items you’d like to return and select the reason code.
3.Submit Your Return
Click “Confirm Return” to compete the process.
4. For COD Orders
Log in to your H&M account > Account Settings> Payment Settings >Edit > Update and save bank details to receive your refund.
5. Pack Your Items
Use the original packaging or a secure parcel. Write your Order # and Return Tracking Number on the outside of the package. To find your tracking number, check your email titled “Return Registered”. The tracking # starts with “JT”
6. Drop Off Your Parcel
Go to the nearest J&T Drop-off location based on your delivery address. Click here, to find a nearby spot by entering your city.
7. Track Your Return
Use the “Track Your Return” button in your email or visit J&T website.
FAQ
Refund will be processed depending on the mode of payment used during the purchase. We aim to process your refund within 30 days from the date it reaches the warehouse.
If more than 30 days has passed and your return is not registered, please contact Customer Service.
