Drawstring Dress

I want to love this so bad but I’m just not sure of it. First off, I did size down because of comments that it was a large make & that was absolutely true. I went from a small to an XS & it is HUGE in me still. The drawstring really did help but it was big around my neck & sleeves. While the fabric is incredibly soft & I love the pattern & that, I’ve never had on a dress where the seems made me itch. Like if I wore a slip I’d hope the midsection seam wouldn’t be bothersome anymore but the shoulder ones were terrible. I can’t figure out!! I’ve never wanted to return something out of feeling like I may have wasted money & I’m certainly glad it was on sale. It is final sale I believe though. I’ll have to figure out if it’s worth saving & seeing if it can be tailored or if I just give it away. I’ll add that lace-y fabric & things never bother me so it really did stand out to me that the seams were itchy for whatever reason. And she’s a big make!!

Absolutely love this! The drawstring waist makes the fit super flexible and comfortable, which is perfect for changing body shapes. The material feels light and breathable, and the overall fit is flattering without being restrictive. I’m pregnant and usually wear AU 16–20, went with XL and it adjusts perfectly thanks to the drawstring. Excited to wear this all the way through my pregnancy and beyond!

Beautiful pattern, very thin cotton material which means it gathers and drapes beautifully, but also means its rather see-through. The top half and sleeves are very oversized which wasn't clear in the pictures and none showed the dress on a model, but think i can make it work. Im 5.9 and the length was prefect, falls just above the ankle.

Lovely colour. Lovely material, drapes well. Good length. Lovely sleeves. However, didn't suit me at all, maybe it was a size too big but it looked like a shapeless sack on me. Such a shame as it seems like a 'wear anywhere' dress.

This dress has a LOT of fabric but I bought it for my pregnancy. It’s very light and floaty, so I expect to stay cool despite the body coverage. If you aren’t pregnant and/or have a slimmer build, definitely size down.

The dress fit well. I ordered a size smaller as quite roomy. The pattern and colours were lovely but I didn't keep it as was too sheer. Would have preferred it not to have such a high neckline.

Loved the material and after reading other reviews I ordered a size smaller so it’s perfect but the material is see through unfortunately.

Light material for summer, very generous fit. Material needs a really good steam before wearing out.

Great colour. Easy to fasten at the neck. Easy to wear and the fabric hangs beautifully
