The membership is an all-digital loyalty program where you'll get points on all your shopping, both in store and online. You'll also get special offers, rewards, exclusive event invitations and much more.

Our membership is completely free of charge but you have to be 16 years old to become a member.

Your membership ID can be found on your account page.

All your purchases in store and online are rewarded with points. To collect points in store, always remember to scan your member ID via the H&M app. You can also earn points by completing your profile (50 points), recycling your garments (15 points - coming soon), bringing your own shopping bag in-store (5 points), and inviting your friends to become members (75 points for every new member who completes their first purchase). Your points will be displayed on your membership account which can take up to 24 hours to update.

Conscious points are member points you earn for making conscious choices like bringing your own bag and recycling clothes you no longer use. They're included in the total number of points you've earned. Conscious choice points are highlighted on your points history page so that you can keep track of all the great choices you've made as a member.

You'll earn 5 points for bringing your own shopping bag to the store.

You can invite as many friends as you like to become members. Every time a new friend signs up via your invite and makes  their first purchase, you'll earn 75 points. The invitation link can be found under My Account page online or in the H&M app. Please note that you can only invite friends that reside in the same country as you. 

You will receive updated information about your current offers and rewards on your account page in your H&M app or on hm.com. Please note that a redeemed discount reward cannot be returned and reused, and if you return an item the points you earned for that item will be deducted from your account. 

Your rewards and bonus vouchers can be applied both at the checkout online by choosing Add to Bag, or in store by choosing Use in Store. Please note that choosing Use in store will start a 15 minute count down in which the voucher must be used. The Bonus amount is spread evenly across each item in your purchase, not on the total amount. This means if you return something you will be given a refund for the amount you paid for each individual item.

The bonus voucher will be sent 30 days after reaching 150 points. It will show up under my Account.

All receipts and order confirmations can be found under My account.

Your points are valid for 12 months following your membership start date. Your membership year starts on a given date, found on the member card. In the end of the membership year, the points will be reset and a new membership year starts.

When you reach 600 points you will reach the Plus level for your membership.

If you've forgotten to register your purchase, just bring your receipt back to one of our stores. Open the H&M-app, find your membership number and the sales advisor will help you.

One point equals $1.

When you've registered an account at hm.com or in the HM App you'll receive the Welcome offer within the next 24 hours.  You'll find it under My account. If you haven't received it, check your spam filter or contact Customer service.

You don't need the HM App to be a member, you can register your account on hm.com.

Yes, your loyalty program subscription is personnal and connected to your account. 

 You'll get 50 points for completing your profile.

You'll get 2 points for each item you rate. Your points will be updated 24 hrs after your rating has been published. 

You can only rate your most recent online purchase, and you can only rate a product once.  A maximum of 10 products may be rated each month. All feedback is welcome, but your review should be based on the product and help other customers make an informed decision about that item. We may make the decision not to publish your review if we feel it doesn’t meet certain criteria. You will only receive points if your review is published.
