Redeem In-store
Select “Redeem In-store” during checkout and the Bonus Reward will be scanned by staff. Once activated, it will be valid for 15 minutes.
Redeem online
Select “Redeem Online” to add the Bonus Reward to your shopping bag or at checkout, and it will automatically be applied.
Thirty days after reaching 150 points, you will receive a Bonus Reward valid for 6 months in stores and online at hm.com in Canada. You may receive a maximum of 5 Bonus Rewards per calendar month, up to a maximum of 20 bonus vouchers per 12-month period. Each Bonus Reward can only be used once. Rewards are combinable with one membership offer or additional Bonus Reward. Total transaction (before taxes) must be more than the Bonus Reward amount ($5 CAD) and cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase H&M gift cards or on previous transactions. Non-Commercial goods, such as shopping bags in store, does not count towards this sum. Discount is broken down and applied to each item in your purchase.
