We aim to process your refund within 14 days from the date you drop off your return or provide proof of return. This timeframe includes shipping, item inspection, and refund processingCard Payments: The refund will be credited back to the same card or payment method used when placing your order.Cash on Delivery: The refund will be transferred to the bank account linked to your H&M MyAccount.For core and non-members, if you choose to make a return, we will refund you the order value and the cost of delivery but deduct a return fee of RM 24. However, should you choose to keep certain items and only return parts of your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded, and we will also deduct a return fee of RM 24.Once you reach Plus membership, returns are completely free, with no return fee deducted.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll send you a confirmation email and begin processing your refund. If you haven’t received the email after 14 days, please contact us with your order number and return tracking number for assistance.

I am missing items from my order

If you are missing an item from your order please check if any items were marked as out of stock on your delivery mail, we wont charge you for any cancelled items. If you are missing items that were not cancelled, please contact us with your order information so we can help.
