Returns & refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return it by arranging a home collection. Please ensure that all items are in good condition and have all original labels attached.
For Core and Non-Members, a return fee RM 24 will be applied. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once received and processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation after 14 days, kindly contact Customer Service with your order number and tracking number for further assistance.
Once you reach Plus membership, returns are completely free, with no return fee deducted.

Here’s how to register return for an online purchase:
1.Start Your Return
Click “Register Return” and enter your email and order #.
2. Select Items & Reason
Choose the items you’d like to return and select the reason code.
3.Confirm Pick-Up Details
Review your pick-up address and select a preferred date.
4.Submit Your Return
Click “Confirm Return” to compete the process.
5. For COD Orders
Log in to your H&M account → Account Settings → Payment Settings → Edit →Update and save your bank details to receive your refund.
6.Pack Your Items
Use the original packaging or a secure parcel. Write your Order Number on the outside of the package.
7. Track Your Return
Use the “Track Your Return” button in your email or visit Domestic Parcel Tracking | Ninja Van MY.
We aim to process your refund within 14 days from the date you drop off your return.
For core and non-members, if you choose to make a return, we will refund you the order value and the cost of delivery but deduct a return fee of RM 24. However, should you choose to keep certain items and only return parts of your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded, and we will also deduct a return fee of RM 24.
Refund will be processed depending on the mode of payment used during the purchase. If more than 14 days has passed and your return is not registered, please contact Customer Service.
