About the H&M Gift Card
Gift cards are only available in store.

The card can be loaded with the desired amount, anything between RM 25 and RM 2,000. The card can be presented as full or part payment for any goods in our H&M stores. The amount will be deducted from your card and any remaining balance will be displayed on your receipt. No change or refund will be given but the balance maybe applied to future purchases.

To check your card balance, visit our stores or please contact Customer Service. Please have your card number available.

To top-up your card simply visit any H&M store.

Terms and Conditions 
Use of this card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The minimum amount required to activate this card is RM 25.- and the maximum card limit is RM 2000.-. This card is redeemable for purchase of merchandise (except Gift Cards) in any H&M store in Malaysia. This card may not be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. This Gift card remains active 2 years from the date of the last activation or purchase. After this time the card will expire without further notice and any remaining balance will be forfeited. This card will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, or damaged. H&M reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion without prior notice. The card balance can be checked in any H&M store in Malaysia.

Merchandise Return Card 
Use of this card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This card is issued as a return transaction. It cannot be loaded with value and the amounts cannot be transferred. The maximum amount of this card is RM 1000,-. This card is redeemable for purchases of merchandise (except Gift Cards) in any H&M stores in Malaysia. This card may not be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. This card remains active for 1 year from the date of the last transaction. After this time the card will expire without further notice and any remaining balance will be forfeited. This card will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, or damaged. The card balance can be checked in any H&M store in Malaysia. H&M reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
