Short dress in a crêpe weave with a small, frilled collar and a keyhole opening with spaghetti ties at the back of the neck. Loose fit with a smocked section at the top, a detachable spaghetti tie belt at the waist and long balloon sleeves with elasticated cuffs. Unlined.
