Very very short dress. But the upper part cutting is nice. I like the sleeves too.

Short, loose-fit dress in woven fabric with a frilled collar and frill-trimmed button placket down the front. Yoke with gathers on the shoulders and at the back and long sleeves with frill-trimmed, buttoned cuffs. Detachable spaghetti tie belt at the waist and a flared skirt with a gathered tier. Unlined.
