Our membership is completely free of charge but you have to be 16 years old to become a member.

Every purchase you make is rewarded with points. To earn points in-store, always remember to scan your member ID via the H&M app. Your points will be displayed in your account, which can take up to 24 hours to update.

You'll earn a 15% off coupon for every bag of unwanted clothes you bring us.

When you reach 500 points you will reach the Plus level for your membership.

Rewards are issued 30 days after you reach 200 points and will be added to the My Account section.

After you become a Plus member, you will retain Plus status for the remainder of your membership year as well as the following membership year. Note: Your membership year starts on the day you join the program. For example, if you joined on June 1, 2020 and became a Plus member on August 1, 2020, you will retain Plus status until May 31, 2022.

Your points are valid for 12 months following your membership start date. Your membership year starts on a given date, found on the member ID. In the end of the membership year, the points will be reset and a new membership year starts.

If you've forgotten to register your purchase, just bring your receipt back to one of our stores. Open the H&M-app, find your member number and the sales advisor will help you.

When you've registered an account at hm.com or in the HM App you'll receive the Welcome offer within the next 24 hours. You'll find it under My account. If you haven't received it, check your spam filter or contact Customer service.

When shopping in-store

Download the latest version of our app, become a Member, and follow the activation steps for Pay later. If you've used Pay later online and have the latest version of our app, just show the cashier your Member QR-code. As soon as the QR-code is scanned, the purchase is registered.
