Our membership is completely free of charge but you have to be 16 years old to become a member.

When you reach 500 points you will reach the Plus level for your membership.

You will receive updated information about your current offers and rewards on your account page in your H&M app or on hm.com. Please note that a redeemed discount reward cannot be returned and reused, and if you return an item the points you earned for that item will be deducted from your account.

Your Bonus can be applied both at the checkout online by choosing Add to Bag, or in store by choosing Use in Store. Please note that choosing Use in store will start a 15 minute count down in which the voucher must be used. The Bonus amount is spread evenly across each item in your purchase, not on the total amount. Rewards are issued 30 days after you reach 200 points and will be added to the My Account section.

All purchases in store and online are rewarded with points (excluding gift card purchases).  Points may take up to 24 hours to be added to your account after your purchase has been made.

After you become a Plus member, you will retain Plus status for the remainder of your membership year as well as the following membership year. Note: Your membership year starts on the day you join the program. For example, if you joined on June 1, 2020 and became a Plus member on August 1, 2020, you will retain Plus status until May 31, 2022.

Your points are valid for 12 months following your membership start date. Your membership year starts on a given date, found on the member ID. In the end of the membership year, the points will be reset and a new membership year starts.

If you've forgotten to register your purchase, just bring your receipt back to one of our stores. Open the H&M-app, find your member number and the sales advisor will help you.

When you've registered an account at hm.com or in the HM App you'll receive the Welcome offer within the next 24 hours. You'll find it under My account. If you haven't received it, check your spam filter or contact Customer service.

You don't need the HM App to be a member, you can register your account on hm.com.
