About the H&M Gift Card
Gift cards are only available in store.

The card can be loaded with the desired amount, anything between HK$50and HK$5,000. The card can be presented as full or part payment for any goods in our H&M stores. The amount will be deducted from your card and any remaining balance will be displayed on your receipt. No change or refund will be given but the balance maybe applied to future purchases.

To check your card balance, visit our stores. Please have your card number and card PIN available.

To top-up your card simply visit any H&M store in Hong Kong.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Use of this Card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Minimum amount to activate this Card is HK$50 and the maximum limit is HK$5,000. Redeemable for merchandise (except Gift Cards) in any H&M stores (except online shop) in Hong Kong. Cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. Card remains active for 2 years from the issuance date. The expiration date extends for 2 years from the date of the last transaction. After this time the Card will expire without notice and any remaining balance will be forfeited. H&M will not replace or refund lost or damaged Cards. H&M reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice. In case of discrepancy or conflict between the English version and its Chinese translation, the English version prevails.

Merchandise Card Terms & Conditions
Use of this Card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Card cannot be reloaded and the balance cannot be transferred. Maximum Card limit is HK$2,000. Redeemable for merchandise (except Gift Cards) in any H&M stores (except online shop) in Hong Kong. Cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given, cannot be used in conjunction with staff discount. Card remains active for 1 years from the issuance date. The expiration date extends for 1 year from the date of the last transaction. After this time the Card will expire without notice and any remaining balance will be forfeited. H&M will not replace or refund lost or damaged Cards. H&M reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice. In case of discrepancy or conflict between the English version and its Chinese translation, the English version prevails.
