Can’t find your size in store or want to know if an item is available in more sizes and colors? Use the Scan feature in the H&M app to find out!  HOW TO SCAN Open the H&M app on your smartphone Tap the scan icon (barcode) on the top right corner Direct your smartphone towards the price tag of the item you want to know more about To scan the item, make sure to fit the barcode in the frame The product page will appear if the scanned item is available at hm.com If available, you can buy the item online or check if it’s available in any of our stores by using the “Find in store” feature.  If the item is unavailable online, you will receive a notification message on your screen  Download H&M app (iOS)Download H&M app (Android)

Found an item online and want to know if it’s available in store? Use the “Find in store” feature to find out!   HOW TO USE FIND IN STORE: Open the H&M app on your smartphone or visit hm.com on any device Navigate to the item of interest Locate “Find in store” on the product page. “Find in store” is located below the color swatch (Please note, if the item is sold out in store or only available online, the Find in store button will be greyed out). Select “Find in store” Search by text or map to check the items store availability in a specific area, city or store. View a list or map view of all the stores that have the item in stock. Here you’ll also see which sizes that are available in each store, as well as the opening hours and address.  Please note that items can sell out quickly and the stock inventory is just an estimate.  Please visit the store to know for sure.
