These are very classic boots. They are similar in style to the Frye Campus square toe. The beige colour is a classic traditional camel colour. While the boots are not stamped genuine leather, the tag says leather and they feel and smell like leather, although I would say it’s a thin layer of leather on a fabric base, made in India. They definitely run large; the sizing on the website is American but the actual sizing is EU, so the size 5 is actually EU 36, so def size down. I normally wear a 6 and ordered a 5 and there’s plenty of room in them. The shaft height is 13.5” and the circumference is 15” around.
