Short, sleeveless dress in airy chiffon featuring a round neckline with a deep, V-shaped opening at the front. Cape-like layer at the back that drapes over the shoulders and features a slit and narrow, tasseled ties at the back of the neck. Paired with a bubble-hem bodice to create a puffy silhouette. Pleated waistband, a concealed zip and hook-and-eye fastening at one side and a tiered, circle-cut skirt.
