COVID-19: Updated Policies
Any items bought between August 3rd and September 8th, 2020 can be returned within 60 days from the date that you received your package.
Items bought after this specific period or between July 1st and August 2nd, 2020 will follow the regular 30 day policy.
Any items purchased before July 1st, 2020 can be returned within 90 days from the date that you received your package.
We will accept online returns via mail only. Online returns are not accepted in stores. Restrictions apply to swimwear, underwear and select accessories.
H&M will refund any item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
Please take your time trying everything on. If you do decide to make a return, simply fill out the Return Form included in your parcel and send the items back to us.
Please keep in mind that online purchases must be returned via mail and the items you wish to return need to be sent to us 30 days from the date you received your parcel.

Please Note that for hygienic reasons, all underwear and swimwear bottoms are final sale and not eligible for returns.
At this time, we are unable to process returns in our stores for items purchased online.
We will refund the value of your returned items using the same payment method initially used for the purchase. If you are an H&M Loyalty Member, the return shipping fee will be waived.
Please note that H&M will not be able to refund any additional charges that your bank might apply.
