ONLINE RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
We will accept online returns via mail only. Online returns are not accepted in stores. Restrictions apply to swimwear, underwear and select accessories.
H&M will refund any item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
Please take your time trying everything on. If you do decide to make a return, simply fill out the Return Form included in your parcel and send the items back to us.
Please keep in mind that online purchases must be returned via mail and the items you wish to return need to be sent to us 30 days from the date you received your parcel.
Purchases of items marked “final sale” are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to designate any other items as non-returnable in our discretion. Any such designation will be noted on each item detail page.
Please note that fabric face masks cannot be returned due to safety and hygienic reasons.
Please note: Simone Rocha x H&M items purchased on hm.com can only be returned via mail, within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in a resalable condition.

Please Note that for hygienic reasons, all underwear and swimwear bottoms are final sale and not eligible for returns.
At this time, we are unable to process returns in our stores for items purchased online.
REFUNDS
We will refund the value of your returned items using the same payment method initially used for the purchase. If you are an H&M Loyalty Member, the return shipping fee will be waived.
Please note that H&M will not be able to refund any additional charges that your bank might apply.
