runs exponentially small. definitely size up 1-3 times depending on your proportions. had to return

Great length if you're tall (I'm 5'9') These shorts are not too short and no too long BUT size up 1-2 sizes. Thigh area is less roomy compared to waist which is the reason for sizing up. I need to wear a belt which I don't mind. Finally found a good pair of distressed shorts.

If you're a curvy girl with wider hips and thicker thighs you'll need to size up at least 2 sizes to get that baggy relaxed look. I sized up 3 sizes, they're huge around my waist but fit perfectly on my thighs and hips.
