If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, start by checking your email for any delivery updates from our courier. It’s also worth confirming whether anyone in your household or a neighbour accepted the parcel on your behalf.If you still can’t locate it, please get in touch with us and we will assist you further.
