What delivery options do I have?

All standard delivery times can be found on this page. During high season and sale these may be extended. Up to date delivery times will be shown at checkout. Items ordered in Ireland can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Ireland (excluding mail forwarding companies).Standard Home delivery or Pick-up Point €3.99 Free for all members on orders over €30 We aim to deliver your order within 6-8 business days after receiving your order confirmation. We deliver Monday - Friday, except bank holidays.Pick-up in store – Click & Collect €3.99 Free for all members / free for non-members on orders over €30 Enter your postcode at checkout to see available stores. We aim to deliver your parcel to your chosen H&M store within 6-8 business days, Monday-Friday.  You will receive confirmation by text message and email when your parcel is ready for pick up, and you have 7 days to collect your parcel from the date it arrives to the store. Just remember to bring your ID and your pick-up code as we are not able to hand over your parcel without it. Pick-up in store is only available for parcels smaller than 700x500x600mm.Express Home delivery €9.99  We aim to deliver your order within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. We deliver Monday-Friday, except bank holidays. Your order must be placed before 4pm.If your parcel is large, it may be changed to our standard delivery service.

Who will deliver my package?

H&M is cooperating with a large number of carriers over different markets.In Ireland, we collaborate with: An Post for Standard Delivery and UPS for Express.

How do I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you an email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.You will also be able to track your order under My shopping when you log in at My Account.You can also track your parcel with AnPost by using your tracking number and clicking here. Tracking information may take a few days to update after your order has been shipped.  If you used Express Home Delivery your order will be shipped with UPS and you will be able to track this here.
