Shop now and spread the cost into 3 interest-free payments. The instalments are automatically deducted from your card. The first payment is taken from your card at the time the parcel has been shipped. The two remaining payments will be deducted from your card every 30 days after the first payment is taken. Debit at dispatch of your order
If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Your card will be debited when we dispatch your order.
If the card transaction is not approved your order will be canceled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.
Your payment will take just a few steps:
1. Select PayPal as your payment method at checkout.
2. You will then be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account, and then confirm the payment.
4. You will be returned to HM.com and your order and payment will have succeeded!
You can use our gift cards, both physical gift cards and e-gift cards, in any H&M store and for shopping at hm.com. Both types of gift cards can be used in addition to all payment methods stated above.
Returns and Refunds
Return made via postal services
If you want to return items that were paid for using only H&M Gift Cards, then you will be issued an e-gift card with an updated balance, even if you paid with a physical gift card. You will receive your new H&M E-Gift Card via email. If you used a combination of payment methods, you will be refunded to the other payment method first. For example, if you used a combination of gift card and credit card, the return amount will be refunded to the credit card you used at the time of purchase. The remainder of the refund will then be issued in a gift card.
ONE4ALL Gift Cards
Your One4All Gift Card can be used in any H&M store and for shopping online at hm.com
We recommend you retain your original One4All gift card until you are happy with your purchase.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds may take up to 7 working days to be processed back to the original One4All gift card.
Return made via postal services
If you paid using a One4All Gift Card online, the refund amount may only be issued back to the original card. Therefore, you must retain the original card even if all funds have been used previously.
Return made in store
Returns made using a One4All Gift Card will be refunded back to the original card. If you no longer have your original One4All Gift Card, an H&M Gift Card will be issued for the same refund amount.

If you receive an email in which you are asked to give us card details or sensitive payment information, please be aware that this is not sent by H&M. When we ask for personal data in an email then we will always ask you to contact H&M Customer Service or this will be in response to your query. We will never ask you to respond via a link.
If you ever receive an email in which you are asked to give specific personal card details or sensitive data via a link, do not reply to this, do not click on the link and delete it immediately.

We will refund the value of your returned items to the payment method originally used for your purchase.
If you used a gift card with another payment method, you will be refunded to your debit/credit card or PayPal first then the remainder will be be issued as an e-gift card.
