We are happy to refund any unsuitable items returned within 30 days, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition. Sale and other discounted items such as 'Last Chance' need to be returned within 14 days after delivery. Items purchased during limited-time offers or promotions follow our standard full-price return policy. For more information check our terms and conditions.
A €1.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Returning to our H&M stores is always free.
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to arrive at our warehouse and be processed. If more than 14 days have passed and your return hasn’t been registered, we kindly ask that you get in touch with us.

Helpful information about refunds
You will be refunded through the same payment method that you used to make the purchase.
If you’ve returned your item by post, please allow up to 14 days for it to arrive at our warehouse and be processed. Once your return is confirmed, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on your original payment method.
If more than 14 days have passed and your return is not registered, please contact Customer Service.
Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you a notice of cancellation via email, confirming receipt of the parcel.
If you chose to return in store, your store receipt will be your proof of return and no email confirmation will be sent.
