You are about to leave H&M Online and start a full data erasure process, please read the below carefully so you understand what to expect by initiating this request.
You'll not be able to log in to your account once the process starts. The erasure request is password-protected which means only the account holder can initiate the process.
Your account will be erased, meaning that personal data related to you will either be removed, anonymized or pseudonymized.
Please note that your personal data may not be erased straight away for reasons such as H&M internal business rules and/or legal requirements. Until these rules are satisfied, your data will not be erased and you will not be able to use the same email address to register a new account. You are always welcome to visit your local stores or shop with us via guest check out at any time.
