No vouchers or discounts are applicable on the purchase of Sabyasachi x H&M in-stores & online

Returns and exchanges from the designer collections bought in-store & online are accepted within 1 day only in a resaleable condition with all tags intact.

For in-store purchases, if you want to exchange for another size in the same style, you do not need to book an appointment. However, you will need to book an appointment if you need to exchange your designer purchase for a different style. We do not accept return or exchange of the designer collection in other stores.

Returns of online purchases will not be accepted in stores. Any items from the designer collection purchased at hm.com & Myntra can only be returned online, within 1 day, provided they are in a resalable condition. Please refer to the notecard in your parcel for the options available on how to return online.

We encourage you to shop responsibly and wear masks and follow health & safety protocols and social distancing measures during in-store shopping. H&M reserves the right to terminate your booking slot in lieu of failure to comply with COVID health & safety protocols in-stores
