Short dress in a cotton weave with a frilled collar and a V-shaped opening with narrow ties at the front. Long balloon sleeves with flounced cuffs, a narrow tie belt at the waist and a flared skirt with a small frill trim and flounced tiers. Detailed with elasticated smocking at the collar and cuffs.
