Oversized on the waist, so much that it sits on the hips as low-rise. It’s so short though so you need it that level which is not as show in the picture. You can not tuck a sweater in if that is the look you’re going for

Lovely skirt, on the shorter side if you wear it high waisted but a low waisted fit makes it a comfortable length if you don't want too mini.

Nice skirt but sizing is on the large side. I found size 6 felt more like an 8 , too roomy and sat too low on my hips. Have reordered in a 4
