Had to go back because H&M dress pants for some reason are "always" too small in the waist. I'm an 8, ordered a 10 and these "still" didn't fit me. But the rest of the pants fit like a size 12 (butt and legs).

As with all H&M trousers I had to size up. Luckily unlike most these were long enough. I'm 5'7" and usually find H&M trousers are too short. Colour was a bit more mustard/yellow than I expected but still ok.

Quality seems nice but the waist area was really off on me. Too big and too low, description says regular waist but they looked like low waist. A little bit long for my 5'3" but nothing dramatic

A small sized 10. In my opinion more 8-10. Nice material and otherwise would have been happy to keep.

Pocket was lined with white.
Dress pants in twill. Regular waist, zip fly with concealed hook-and-bar fastener, diagonal side pockets, and mock welt back pockets. Straight legs with creases at front and back.
