Very supportive. Actually my 2nd purchase of this style sports bra from H&M. Only issue is the seam rubs on my collar bone when running and leaves a mark.

Love this bra, looks good, great support and comfortable. I’m a frugal shopper but I turned around and purchased 2 more. For reference I’m a 36D 175lb.

I got my usual size but the waist was too big and not adjustable. The cup was also too big. The colour is nice though.
