Can’t find your size in store or want to know if an item is available in more sizes and colours? Use the Scan feature in the H&M app to find out!  HOW TO SCAN Open the H&M app on your smartphone Tap the scan icon (barcode) on the top right corner Direct your smartphone towards the price tag of the item you want to know more about To scan the item, make sure to fit the barcode in the frame The product page will appear if the scanned item is available at hm.com If available, you can buy the item online or check if it’s available in any of our stores by using the “Find in store” feature.  If the item is unavailable online, you will receive a notification message on your screen  Download H&M app (iOS)Download H&M app (Android)

To check item availability in store, make sure you’re on the product page and select the option to "Find in store" or "Check availability in store" on the H&M app, this can be found below the style/size options.If this button is greyed out it means that the item is not available in stores.Enter your location or use the map to find a list of stores showing sizes available, store addresses and opening hours.Items can sell out very quickly and our stock inventory is an estimate, so please visit our store to check for sure.Please note that items cannot be reserved in store by Customer Service.
