Pleated skirt

It's a yes for me. Let me declare that pleated skirts are my signature and I have many pleated skirts in so many colours/designs. This one is good for the price point. It has a bit of sheen to it, which I love. I like the fit and the length. I don't like the prominence of the side seam - it doesnt fall in line and slightly takes away from the look of the skirt. However, it is still very wearable and because it is black this seam issue is camouflaged a bit. I wear this in the Winter with a winter white or black turtleneck and pinstripe or plain black blazer. I also colour block with brown or other colours (eg: hot pink) and wear a blazer in a colour that matches the top to give it a sleek and chic look. This skirt is appropriately long on me (just above the ankles) and works with a lot of shoe options - knee high boots, short boots, pointy pumps, sleek slingbacks, etc. Love it!

Wow this skirt is absolutely gorgeous! I ordered the dark beige and the colour is beautiful in person. Had a great time twirling in the skirt when it first arrived. I'm 5'4, 120 lbs, narrow hips and the XS fit perfectly. The skirt hit me just below the calves. I was worried the elastic would pinch my waist and have unflattering muffin top squish, gladly it did not! The reason I ended up returning it was that there were a few wrinkles in the fabric which were easy to see in this colour, made the skirt look slightly cheap so unfortunately I had to return. For this reason, I reordered when there was a print version that came out. Hopefully the darker colour and the print will do a better job of concealing any wrinkles.

Omg this skirt is gorgeous!! Tried it on in every single colour offered and ultimately chose the patterned one. I would have kept at least one of the solid colour as well except for the slight creasing which was evident on the solids (but hidden with the patterned one) Just me being nitpicking on such a small thing, but seriously YOU NEED THIS SKIRT!! It is well made and well priced! I'm 5'4 120lbs slim built (no hips) and the XS fit me perfectly! I love the patterned skirt so much! It's got hints of dark blue, burgundy and beige so it will match with so many tops :)

Nice material and thickness, although slightly see through, so you just need to wear nude knickers. I am usually a size 10, but ordered medium so it would be more flattering. Slightly large on the waist, as that is my smallest point, but as it is elasticated, it falls nicely. I am 5ft 8 and the skirt sits not far from my ankles, which is longer than I thought it would be. It looks lovely with heels, but I can also wear it with white trainers and I plan to wear boots in the autumn. I had imagined I would be sending it back, so I'm very pleased!

OMG what a lovely skirt 👍😁 Over the moon , was unsure about ordering this skirt as pleats don’t normally suit me Firstly it is so flattering and the material is amazing hangs beautifully , it has a lovely sheen to the material and so versatile dress up or down , a comfortable narrow elastic waist Looks more expensive than it is I did also go up a size as a reviewer suggested so the pleats hang without gaping , but I am well covered on the hips so I suppose it does depend on ur shape , I normally buy M in H&M skirts

I have this skirt in brown ,black ,cream and now navy !! Bought large in all colours as wanted pleats to be ‘loose’ I would normally take a small or medium sizeH&M . I love them for their versatility.. casual with loose cashmere sweater &chunky boots or smart & more formal with Chanel type jacket and heels .. great value ,washes superbly always get loads of compliments when wearing ,just one comment the Navy is different material more Matt finish than silky and slightly thicker but still a great buy

One of the best purchases I've ever had! At first I was so hesitant to order since the price is quite high for the type of skirt, but after reading the review I ordered it anyway. It didn't disappoint me!! The material looks luxurious as it has a bit of shine on it, and it's very flattering! It really looks good on me, it has nice twirl also. Ordered it true to size and it becomes almost full size skirt, not calf length anymore which is perfect for a modest wear. I'm 162cm tall for a reference.

I have this in Brown &Black which I wore earlier in the year with boots &a big cashmere sweater ..very much admired ! I bought large as that ensures the pleats are lovely and fluid ,very swishy ..normally have small or medium but as this skirt has a deep elastic waist band it fits nice and loose ! The quality is excellent for the money …I’ll wear the beige one with a short ‘Chanel’ style jacket with a Panama hat to summer race meetings !

I have now bought this skirt in the black satin and this dark blue matt fabric. I have actually had compliments about it on the street. Both are of a hard-wearing and relatively heavy fabric. The pleats stay in place very well. The elasticated waist means it is a nice comfortable fit. I am a fairly average height and the length is just right for me. I am very happy with this skirt and would definitely buy it again.

First, I have got instead of L size the size M (going to return). In all the documents it is size L. I was waiting for this product and feel very disappointed now. Second, it does not look a good quality. I was purchasing from H&M pleated skirts and they all met my expectations, I have got lots of compliments. With this skirt - eh, you could see right away, that it is cheap product (and the price is not that low).
