Wide High Jeans

So frustrated about these jeans. When I received them, they were so perfect. Best jeans I’ve ever bought- fit perfectly, flattered me so well, perfect width at the leg. I wore them out for not even 3 hours. I loved them so much. Then, as I was walking through a hospital, they split all at the front! I thought one of the buttons had come off as I’d heard a ‘pop’. I looked town to see the jeans had ripped on the left side from the bottom of my underwear to the waistband of the jeans! What even? I bought a size up (luckily so because my normal size would have been too tight) from the other h&m trouser and clothing sizes I usually buy to be sure- there was no way the jeans were too small. Nothing in the pockets. So why did they rip???? Now even if I want to buy a new pair, h&m don’t carry my size IN store, and the same colour has sold out online. Like seriously? Very annoyed about this because I loved the jeans but the quality was so bad, I’m scared to buy another pair.

The jeans were a lot thinner than I thought they would be. Not necessarily bad quality but other jeans I’ve purchased here have been thicker. I didn’t realise there was no zip and it was just buttons which isn’t ideal but it’s fine. I do like the length of the jeans and they’re a nice high waist however as other reviews have said they’re a little big on the waste so the sizing is a little weird. I personally didn’t need to size down though. Overall they’re nice enough and I will be keeping them because they’re super comfortable and I like the length and fit.

These are the perfect length on me with heels (I’m 5’3”) and are a great wider leg jean if you prefer a smarter vibe rather than the really wide leg skater girl look. The straight leg fit is flattering and the denim is nice and sturdy, but I’ve knocked off a star because the sizing is truly all over the place. I tried on several pairs of the same size in store and they ranged from not being able to get them past my thighs to slightly baggy around the waist! Eventually I found the right fitting pair but it was quite the quest.

Got these jeans on sale for £10 and am beyond happy with them. Bought them in a size 8 and I would say that these are true to size- waist fits perfectly, however are a bit tight in the hips and thighs even though I'm not very curvy- just something to keep in mind. They are also thinner than expected (so wouldn't pay full price) but I find that this stops them from looking bulky and rigid. Length is perfect too (I'm about 5'4/5'5). Overall, fit really well and a great style. Will be ordering in the darker colour!

they fit nice on the waist, they go a bit snug around the thighs but the legs go wide again, they suit the look I was going for but I would probably go for 1 size bigger next time and have the waist taken in to a hive the look I wanted properly. They are very long but I am only 5’2 and I wear mine with platforms and açai if wet weather so they don’t get dirty, nice sturdy denim but enough stretch for squeezing them on. Can be a bit awkward to button up because there is no zip- all buttons but they look nice on.

I bought these in a larger size and they were huge, so I've sized down. These are perfect! I love the real denim fabric (100% cotton) and the button fly. I wear these as low waisted and they're really long, which is exactly what I was looking for. I'm 5'9". If you want them high waisted, definitely size down. The colour is exactly as it looks online

I love these jeans but they are so short! I'm 5'8 for reference and they just look odd at the length they are. I wish H&M would make more longer jeans because I love them! I'm typically a size 6 in jeans but often need to get a size 8 with H&M. The size 6 of these fit perfectly so I would say they are true to size.

These jeans are tiny! Maybe I got a bad batch but this is the 2nd time this has happened in a week. The rest of my jeans are size 8 all from h&m so I tried them on to make sure I wasn't going mad n they still fit. So there's an issue with sizing here at the mo and it's not good for body confidence. Sort it out

Why can’t there be consistency with sizing? There’s no rhyme nor reason as why buying the same size in different items brings a differing result! You need to improve your manufacturing measurements as the tolerance for inaccuracy must be the equivalent to a whole size difference, which isn’t acceptable.
