Linen-blend pull-on trousers

I bought these last year and loved them so much I decided to buy another pair this year. I bought the exact same size this year but they are definitely smaller and shorter in length. I considered sizing up but there is quite a lot of material around the waistband as it's drawstring and I already have to tighten the M. I probably wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't measured them against last year's pair. Apart from that they're excellent. Cool and breezy in hot weather and thick enough material so they aren't see-through. I like wearing them on planes as they're comfortable but I'm also covered up in case the plane is cold but if I arrive somewhere hot I'm not sweating like I would be in jeans.

Definitely see-through, I tried it on with nude coloured seamless undies and I think that would work - only tested indoors, and haven't worn it outside under the sun so I'm hoping it won't look too tacky. As long as i don't lean over, I think my undies were unnoticeable indoors! I'm about 5'5, I pulled the pants up so the knot was just above my belly button and the length of the pants did still touch the floor. I think with some chunky sneakers or some small heels, it'll be fine. With this style, it's meant to be baggy and run a little longer so I think ordering your regular size would work!

I love these trousers but the sizing is crazy. First I ordered a small, these were really baggy but I thought I'd live with that. The hem came down on one leg after only a couple of wears, so I returned them and got a refund no problem. I ordered an extra small when they came back into stock and I can't even get them up over my hips! I'm an 8/10 and have other trousers from H&M in XS and S. There seems to be a huge difference between the two sizes and also across different items. It's a shame as they are great for the price, super comfy!

Love these, I usually order a L being size 14 and I like my clothes loose fitting. So I read the reviews and it was a mixed bag which I expected as no 2 linens are the same! (Years of working in retail has taught me this) so I went with the XL as a lot of reviews said size up. They arrived and the linen is a lovely quality and really good shape with the wide leg BUT they were huge!! So I exchanged them inshore for L and should have stuck with thos they are perfect and shall order other colours. I'm 5'7 and these are also a perfect length

Lovely trousers. I have a few complaints. I had to size up because the small were too short I'm 5"7 and they were like ankle swingers sitting just above my trainers. Medium has the perfect length for my legs. But the waist is too big, because it's drawstring I have managed to get away with this but the width of the trouser leg is very big because it's not my size. H&M please bring out a tall range for your longer legged ladies. Otherwise from that the trousers could benefit from a stretchy waistband as the waistband has no stretch

I brought these trousers in the beige and the black and the sizing is so bizzare. Both trousers are a size small however the black trousers are so much tighter than the beige. The fit on both are completely different. The beige are a more relaxed fit but there is far to much room round the waist, I'd almost want to size down if I thought they'd get over my hips. Good for the price and material is lovely and not see through. However I would recommend going your usual size in the beige and sizing up in the black

I really hoped these trousers would be identical to the linen trousers from last year & was really exciting about having them in navy, but they're not at all like last year's 😕 The linen is thinner, but still quite nice quality & the colour is lovely (although a bit lighter than the online image) However the sizing is way off! They are huge in volume & in length! Compared to last year's size small they are over an inch wider in each leg, much bigger across the hips and about four inches longer!

These are lovely trousers but the sizing is really odd. I ordered an S and an M because I can be either at H&M. The S are tiny and the M huge. I measured them together and the waist on the M is 6 inches bigger than the S, more like a L. Also, the S are an inch longer than the M, I'm 5ft 7 and the S would need taking up an inch. I've re-ordered to see if I've got a particularly weird size M. I'm a 10 - 12 and the waist on the S was just ok but they didn't stretch well when pulling over my hips.

These are excellent value and are nice quality. My only slight issue is the fabric around the tummy area isn't as fitted as I'd have liked so sometimes it isn't the most flattering but they're comfy and for the price I can't complain. For reference I am a curvy 16 in most shops (usually wear 18/20 on the bottom at H&M) and the XL was a tad big but I think L would have been a bit too clingy. I bought these for the summer and I think being a bit baggy is better for the hot weather!

SO flattering and comfy! I can't wait to wear them during summertime. I'm an apple shape and because of the wide leg, it gave me some sort of an hourglass figure. The space in the tummy area is wide enough to hide the tummy. Perfect length for medium to tall girls. Highly recommend it! Also FYI, I purchased the beige one and white one and if you're looking for a light colour pants I strongly suggest you get the beige one instead. The white one is see through.
