Keeps rain and chill completely out. I'm 5'1 Downside, it's on the longer side and slightly tricky to zip up. It has been my favourite item to throw on for a cold and wet day.

Too thin, too small and too plasticky. The inside looked like it was made from a plastic bag.

Very thin material. More like a pack-a-mac. Definitely not worth the price tag.
