Great parka for my little girl. She's a tall 2 1/2 year old and it's quite long so keep that in mind for short 2yr olds. It's got nice padding, it's fleece lined inside around the upper half, the pockets are nice and deep to hold hats and gloves, sleeves are not too long and cuffs not too tight, if anything maybe a bit loose. Can't comment on the water repellent properties, but it fits and looks lovely and is keeping my toddler warm throughout the freezing temperatures. Material feels lovely on the outside too, glad I chose this parka over other ones from other sites.
