Im a size 12-14 and was worried about this being tight on the bust as its a little structured so ordered a L, I shouldn't have been worried I could have ordered a M, it's wide fitting but even though it's a little too big it kind of looks good oversized so going to keep the L, big wide arms lots of room, skims the waist, short in length though just covers my tummy, looks smart for the office.

Top in jersey with a round neckline and a concealed zip at the back. Elbow-length sleeves and shaping darts at the front and back for a tapered waist.
