T&C CUSTOMER RATE & REVIEW
By entering a customer review through the Customer Rate and Review service for any of our products You grant H&M, through H & M Hennes & Mauritz GBC AB [556070-1715], hereinafter referred to as “H&M” a non-exclusive, royalty free worldwide license to use any of your written reviews in relation to its marketing and/or in its advertising, including without limitation, in the online store, in newsletters, catalogs, email and other customer communications, store materials and other marketing purposes.
Further you grant H&M the right to review the reviews before they are published. H&M will only publish comments that contain relevant information about a product, that helps other customers to make informed decisions and to get a clearer understanding of the product. To this end H&M will not publish generally inappropriate comments, indecent or inappropriate language or personally identifiable information. H&M communicates in the local language(s) for each market. H&M reserve the right to remove any customer review at any time, for instance if the comment is found to be in breach of the above, product has sold out or if the comment is in other ways outdated.
You hereby release and discharge H&M from all and any obligation to pay you for any use of your texts and any of the copy rights contained therein in connection with the uses described above; and You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold H&M and any person acting on H&M’s behalf harmless from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with use of the customer reviews as described above. H&M reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice, however the Terms that was available to you on hm.com at the time of submitting the review will apply for that review. Please make sure to save a copy of the Terms, as we will not store or be able to provide you with old versions.
