It's regular waist, not high. And so at that level, it's a bit loose for me on the waist, but it's fine on the thighs (as shown on model). I usually fit into 36 size for h&m trousers. But I took 38 so it's a a bit breezy, but that compromises the waist. Will mostly wear a sleek belt for that. Also, I wish I could attach a pic, the trouser came all crushed. And bore a sticker saying "quality check okay". I mean how ironical, atleast send the stuff in a way that it seems brand new. Very bad packaging by H&M.
