Free same-day pickup

How it works:

Free same-day pickup is currently available in select stores via hm.com only.

1) To see if an item is available for pickup at a store near you, look for the 'Free same-day pickup in-store' option below the ‘ADD TO BAG' button on the product page. (Make sure Location Services is turned on). You may also filter our assortment by selecting 'STORE AVAILABILITY' and entering your postal code.

2) For same-day pickup, orders must be placed before 4 PM. After 4 PM, it will be available for pickup the next business day. We will send you an email and a text message once your order is ready.

4) To collect your order, please have your ID and pickup code ready. If you’re picking up your order at a locker, you will need to have a locker code, which can be found in your notification email or text message.

5) Your order will be held for three days. If you do not pick up your order within three days, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
