How do I amend my personal info?

Changing your details is easy! Click here to log in then select 'Account Settings’. Select the 'Edit' button beside ‘My details’. Make your changes and hit save! When updating your phone number, make sure it's a valid Canadian number as overseas numbers may not be recognized. If updating your email address, we’ll send you an email with a link attached. Open this and click the link to confirm the update.

How do I change my password?

Use this link to request a password reset link. This will be sent to your email address shortly. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder too.The link in the email will be active for one hour. If no email is received you may not have an account registered with this email address.

How do I delete my user account?

To request to download your data or delete your account, Click here to log in to ‘My Account’. "Select ‘Account Settings’. Scroll down to ‘Privacy’. Click ‘My privacy portal’ and follow the instructions given.Deleting your account means you’ll lose your Member points, rewards and bonuses, and any other promotional offers and benefits available to you.
