There is no elastic band on the wasteline which means it doesnt sit right. I am not sure if you changed these recently but I have always bought these previously and wasnt like this. Please have a look at it.

There is absolutely no give in the waistband. I like the idea of these but it’s a struggle to go to the bathroom. Wish they were a bit more stretchy especially being labeled for maternity.
