What are this in the navy blue but I didn’t realize it has stripes going through it. It is so dark that it looks black to me. This does not look navy blue. I love the fit, though for me this runs true to size.

I Iove this skort but I'm only five foot three and a size 8 (normally) so would recommend to size up or may not be the best for the more hipsy/taller ladies.
