Love the scallop detail and so cute. What’s odd is the top portion is in this amazing slightly compressive fabric but the lower half below the seam is a different fabric and rides up like crazy during any movement. So frustrating!!! Leg portion will not stay put at all. I wish they just use the same fabric throughout.
