- Peel off the plastic tape and apply on clean, dry skin, with the tongue pointing upwards. Lift breast as desired by adjusting the adhesive tongue. The nipple covers are not made for longtime use. Do not leave on skin for more than 6 hours at a time. Washable and reusable – gently clean the nipple cover with soap and warm water after usage. WARNING: May cause skin irritation. If any signs of discomfort or rashes, remove immediately and do not use. Do not use on sensitive, sunburned and/or broken skin. The adhesive effect will be reduced by perspiration, as well as by moisturizers, perfume, and other skincare products. Not recommended under age 14.
