I'm 152cm tall and petite. The length comes to my hips and it isn't tight around the body. It's lightweight and comfortable. The collar is a bit high but it turns down so it isn't a major issue.
Padded vest in quilted, woven nylon fabric. Stand-up collar, zipper at front, and discreet side pockets. Lined.
