We offer a range of offers and discounts such as codes and Member vouchers. 

Discount codes can either be added in the shopping bag or in checkout. Member offers and vouchers can be applied at checkout or via My Account. Find out more here!

You will receive information about your current offers and vouchers on your account page in your H&M app or on hm.com. 

Your Bonus voucher can be applied both at the checkout  by choosing Add to Bag, or in store by choosing Use in Store. Please note that choosing Use in Store will start a 15 minute count down in which the voucher must be used. The Bonus amount is spread evenly across each item in your purchase, not on the total amount. This means if you return something you will be given a refund for the amount you paid for each individual item. 

A discount that has been redeemed cannot be returned and reused. H&M Member Bonus vouchers will not be reissued if you make a return or exchange. 

For bonus vouchers, 3 for 2 promotions and other offers, the discount amount is spread evenly across each item in your purchase. So if you return one of several items you will be given a refund for the amount that you paid for each item. 

Dscounts and vouchers cannot be used to purchase H&M gift cards and certain collections, and the amount of vouchers that can be redeemed per transaction may be limited. Please check the discount for the individual terms and conditions. 

There may be a minimum spend before a discount or voucher applies, this is for the total of your items before discount and excluding any delivery costs.  

Once you create your account at hm.com or via the H&M App, the Welcome Offer will appear in your membership account under My Account. This can take up to 24 hours. If you haven't received it by then, please contact our Customer Service.

If you are a Member you will receive 25% off one item for your birthday! The discount is valid for two weeks from the date of your birthday and can be found in My Account. 

Hand in your bag of old clothes at one of our stores and you will receive a thank you voucher to use towards your next purchase! 

Your 5EUR voucher can be found on your account with your Member offers and used on a purchase of 25EUR or more in store or online. This code cannot be combined with other discounts. 

If you are a Member you get free standard delivery to home, pick up point or store when spending 20EUR or more! If you are a Plus Member then there is no minimum spend. 

Please note the 20EUR minimum spend is for the total of your items, excluding any delivery costs.
