The fabric is beautifully soft & light. The lyocell mixed with the linen makes it wonderfully breathable for summer weather yet lends it a silkiness to the touch and less deep creases. Despite the relatively low thread count, the threads are fine to my eyes and feel it, (frankly the whole thread count business is a bit fishy anyway). I have one criticism however. The duvet cover is 200cm long. It feels even longer. That is 10cm longer than a UK standard duvet. Mercifully my summer duvet has not shifted about in the cover, but still this smallish detail did annoy me a bit - I guess this is made for the whole of the European market - I know standard bed sizes in Europe are longer than in the UK, so no doubt European standard duvets are longer too.
