Bought these for my self , I'm an adult fitness coach, so needed in cold gyms and outdoor training. There quite thin, but I prefer that, too thick, you'd get too warm. There just the right material to keep on while training. They stay put, no falling down, worn in the rain too, kept quite dry. Not sure about wash & wear yet, need few more wears. I'm a tiny size 8, hence why they fit me. But my 11 year old tried them and they fit her perfect too.
