You need to size up, I have a pair of H&M size 28 that I bought a while ago and have no problem with it, bought this one as a 29 and it feels really tight.

It's great
Chinos in cotton twill featuring a zip fly and button, diagonal side pockets and welt back pockets with a button. Straight legs with creases front and back. Regular fit for comfortable wear and a classic silhouette.
