Marble is darker than in the online images and the laser lines to align the glass with are pretty off centre, making the lid go on wonky every time. It is otherwise a nice concept, and pretty to look at if you don't look too carefully. But for the money, even with a slight discount, I would have expected better quality.

Love these butter dishes! I managed to drop my previous and the glass lid sadly broke. This is a different bottom and the glass fits both. Look so expensive.

It's a beautiful butter dish. I'd really like a cake stand with this ripple glass effect lid, the normal glass is so boring.
