Ankle-Length Pants

I purchased these pants in sizes 6 and 8 because I wasn't sure how small they ran based on all the reviews. I only ever got to try size 8, because the 6 never arrived due to a wrong item delivery issue. Even though I'm normally a size 6, I'm quite happy keeping the 8. Lengthwise, it reaches an inch below my ankles on me at 5'2". I'd imagine it would be at an awkward length for taller people who prefer it to hit at the ankles. Fit-wise, size 8 provided the same fit on me as the model, a little oversized but effortless chic. That's the look I'm going for. If you're someone who prefers a more streamlined look, then this style may not work. There is more fabric on the front and the pleats are pronounced. I tend to like those details on my trousers so personally, it's a really great find for me. The elastic waist is just okay, definitely not enough to size down without compromising the fit.

I like these pants. When they fit well, they are great. That being said, the sizing on these pants is a bit inconsistent, so I've had to return some. I'm finding that different colours fit a bit differently. Overall, I would say the waist is tight, but they can run loose in the crotch. Sizing down one size worked best for me in the greenish beige, but in the taupe my normal 18 was great. The fabric was also quite different, which may affect how they look. This was almost a twill, whereas the taupe was much lighter. The very pale beige was a lovely fabric, but very loose in the crotch (ballooned out).

I have these in numerous colours. The fabric is different in these to last years version, thicker and slightly textured which I think looks more premium. They also feel a bit more tapered around the calf but I might be imagining that. I have a 27” waist and a 42” hip/glute and the size 12 is most comfortable. A 10 will fit but it’s a bit tight if I’m sat down and stretches a bit around the thigh. The elasticated back doesn’t do very much, I would say, it just gives a little bit for comfort but won’t make a difference size wise. Highly recommend for work or casual wear, especially at this price.

I love these pants! I had been searching for a long time for linen pants and these are perfect. I am typically either a 2 or 4 in H&M (usually 0 or 2 in other stores) and I went with a 4 in these with the goal for them to not be see-through. They fit great - fit well around the waist but not too tight. Somewhat loose around the leg, but in a good way. I don't find them see-through with nude undergarments, especially since they aren't skin tight. I am just under 5'8" and 115 lbs- they come to around my ankle. They're exactly what I've been looking for!

These are the BEST work pants I have ever found!! Absolutely perfect for curvy girls with big bums but small waist, and big calves! I did get a 12, normally a 10, so that it was more comfortable around the waist. I have never been able to find pants that aren't tight on my calves, these pants have so much room without looking baggy! They are also a really good high waist! I find other "high waists" are actually still about mid and don't tuck shirts well. I was soooo excited to discover these pants so I purchased 3 of them! Honestly 11/10!

These fit like a dream on me. I’m 5’3” so the ankle length fits like regular length pants on me. These fit like straight pants and have a bit of room from the thigh down. It’s very high waisted and the waist band runs small but it worked out for me because usually the size 0 pants are sometimes a little roomy on me. The waist band has an elastic embedded inside but still fits snug. Definitely runs slightly smaller than H&M’s typical size 0 but doable for me. For reference I usually wear size 24-25 jeans. Typically 00-0 for regular pants.

I already own the peachy coloured ones from the Sumner, which I was pleased with. I am size 8-10 and pear-shaped and find that this style of trouser really suits me and is comfortable to wear. I am only 5ft 2in do these trousers are longer than they are supposed to be but having already bought the peach ones, this is what I wanted. I knocked a star off because I think the fabric isn't as nice as the peachy ones. These are versatile trousers and I wear them with a t-shirt and trainers as well as blouses and heels.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 If I could give these trousers 10 stars I would! I have them in pink, beige and have been waiting for the black to come back in stock. The only thing I'd say is that the sizing is on the small side so I'm a size 10 and 12 fit me perfect. Another thing to mention is that the 2 types of black trousers are different material. The one with the more viscose content I didn't really like as it seem to easily wrinkle but I think it could make a nice pair of summer trousers.
