Verrrry soft and non-constricting. I have a similar style in a different brand and the bottom band digs in. No issue with these ones. They are thin so if nipples showing is a problem maybe pick a different style.

Fits super well, true to size. But it pills almost immediately. I got these with a discount code, otherwise I would not pay regular price for them.
